u have not Internet explorer and any internet browser but u still want
to access internet frequently.How this possible apply following trick
and impressed ur friend as well as girlfriend:
open notepad goto help option.
click on HELP TOPICS under help option.
Now u see the above picture.When u will click on "help topic" a help window will appear.
At the top left corner will see a interrogative sigh(?) click on it then goto "jump to url"
